Biography Dr Alex Katsanos is the Managing Principal, Advisory for Greater China at Aurecon. He is a management consultant and advisor on policy, with 24 years of international experience, in the infrastructure and operations space. His expertise focuses on public sector policy, operational improvement, Smart City, data strategy, and sustainability. Over the course of his career, Alex has worked across most infrastructure sub-sectors, both for government and private clients in East Asia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Africa. For the past decade, his focus has largely centred on Hong Kong and Greater China. Alex holds a PhD degree in Engineering from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom and is a Policy Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. |
